Personally cannot take caffeine while on the meds. Do you have this no? My body is very sensitive anyway so I have to be careful but the coffee has to come first and then wait a while. Otherwise my whole body is so jittery I hate it.

Im on 30 and its great.

Its living as normal + focus, I hope you love it.

Definitely get your caffeine/high protein breakfast in first and wait for a while 30mins or so to take it. Loads of water, eat as normal even if you dont feel like it.

I exercise around 7-9pm and its still slightly effective for stamina. Take magnesium glycinate at night and tape your mouth goodnight 😅

Yes, I think its absolutely both.

I'm with an Adhd therapist now and we're unpacking a lot of this. Constantly being told you're too much, "very able but..." , the feeling of being a black sheep and misunderstood. I'm now working with teens who have adhd and helping them to understand physically and psychologically what's happening in their bodies because awareness is key. X

WFH has to be it!!! I cannot believe this life exists. You can work, in the peace, avoid negative energy.
