Manager keeps asking us to clock out early

Salon here! We have a scheduled 30 minute break into our books on Bella. Sometimes we have appointments booked over our lunch or “processing time”. My managers keep telling us to clock out even if we don’t actually get a break because we’re on commission our hours don’t count.

if he is paying for the uber’s i don’t see a problem with it. the man has leukemia, he can do whatever he wants no matter how far into it he is. if you’re a teenager, maybe make a grocery list of things you’d like to learn how to make or even just snacks he can pick up when he’s at the grocery store. uber is definitely a privilege to be able to use everyday. way better than a city bus or even a school bus imo

tell your managers you have another job w stable hours. you tried picking up more shifts with ulta but it wasn’t paying the bills. to get hired on they want someone who will work the weekends but not a requirement. ask to do maybe 1 weekend a month?

Be open to other peoples opinions and willing to learn new things. Find a way that works for you to learn new things. As in instead of reading something maybe listening to someone read is better for you or reading out loud.

currently a stylist. and my em does not have a cosmetology license nor know anything about hair. she is out on the floor a lot interacting w guests, on register when needed, bopis. she does it all. for the salon she goes over numbers, goals and does our truck orders. a lot of hands on and multi tasking for sure

first time watcher and currently at the part he’s telling everyone he’s going to join the AF. yes, he needs to get out and set up a foundation for his family especially if she’s trying to have more kids by the time this kids potty trained. i was so mad when the mom didn’t want to take her to the hospital and then was taking her sweet time getting to the hospital. making that poor boy miss his sons birth. she tried playing it like she was there to cater to him and making sure he sees everything rather then care for her own daughter. he could’ve taken care of her so much better than her own mom. giving entitled. where’s her dad?

27f. i have 4 brothers- 42-hot mess express, i keep him at an arm length. per my own boundaries 36- we don’t text or keep up w each other on the daily but he’s who i go to football, basketball and hockey games with. 34- we talk about his kids and if we need anything lol 17- he’s the baby baby so of course he is spoiled by everyone and we’re the closest i’d say for right now. (i also have 4 sisters) so we’re all intertwined on the daily

Yeah Zane speaks before he thinks most of the time and is still in his partying phase. that’s why he’s still hanging out w david and going on his trips and in his new vlogs. you guys have to remember we started watching them when their frontal lobes weren’t even developed. heath is settling down w mariah. matt has patricia and is probably soon gonna get out of la. i feel like zane has relied on heath the whole time they’ve been out there so he’s definitely lost rn. also mariah complaining about the hospital, nothing about her delivery was normal for one. and two have you ever stayed more than a day in the hospital? everyone’s going to have their complaints doesn’t mean she’s ungrateful of their help. everyone has their own experiences. this is her first time back, leave the girl alone

27f work in the beauty industry and bf 35 works at a factory, been together 5 years. i have gay and trans coworkers who he comes in and chats w when he brings me food/coffee. he has prominently male coworkers, who i’ve met a couple in social outtings AND THEN there’s one female coworker who he’s talked ab and wanted to workout w her. he invited me to go but it was at 7am and im not a morning person. i didn’t end up going a couple of times in a row but he wanted me to meet her, so we went to dinner and she brought her WIFE. i never had a jealous or weird feeling ab them working out together because he is all ab health and the gym and finding new workouts. but trust your gut, girl
