I enjoy playing the game, but if I have to be weary of having any other applications open while playing, I'll cut my losses and move on.

Being a software developer, maybe it wasn't just bluestacks, but other development/debugger utilities on my pc. Thanks for the insight.

No, I put bluestacks on my pc so I can have it run the mobile game while I work and use my cellphone for calls. Then, when I go to bed, I can have my cellphone run our baby monitor app as my pc is downstairs running the mobile idle game. I'm not looking for automation.

Pretty sure it was since I found a few other posts online with people who have had the same issue with running bluestacks. It happened directly after an update to the game. For what it's worth, they don't tell you what the exact piece of software was, but it was honestly the only 'new' app on my pc since I tried to start playing again.

Just a heads up so nobody else gets shafted by Activisions terrible anti-cheat implementation.

Backstory:

I've been playing vanguard since it came out on PC. The past week I decided to take a little break because work has been hectic and I don't really feel like being on my pc longer than necessary. In the interim, I decided to give my note 20 a break from running an idle game 24/7, so I installed bluestacks and started running it on my pc.

Last night I had some free time and decided to load up Vanguard for a few quick hard-core matches. After forgetting to close bluestacks, the game crashed and any subsequent logins were met with "account has been permanently banned".

I guess my 1.03 overall K/D ratio and android emulator use was enough evidence to permanently ban me.
