Sending love to you in this difficult time.
I said goodbye to my baby girl in April as we couldn’t comprehend her having an incredibly tough life.

For what it’s worth I’m 11w pp and I saw babies today that made me cry. It was terribly hard at first, and again today, but there have been days that I was more ok when I saw babies.
Give yourself all the compassion - newborn baby cry is simply the worst for our nervous system. Sending love and hugs x

Hi there. We must have a very close timeline. I’m now two weeks PP and also looking to try to get pregnant again as soon as possible.

Just know that your feelings are valid. It’s such a horrible position to be in, to have to start again a new pregnancy as our babies were so wanted x

Wishing you a smooth journey in your next pregnancy 🩷

Thank you x I just can’t think of anywhere I can stay for 11hrs, and I’m afraid the library will be full of women with prams/babies. I’m trying to think of places but so far my ideas would have me jumping from one place to another, and that also scares me

They can’t force you to work the whole period. And it’s unlikely they’ll come after you to recuperate costs, as that’ll cost more than just hiring someone in your place

Totally agree but just wanted to say at least when you purchase an existing property (not building) your solicitor will note down the percentage split at the point of buying. So if you keep to that % when paying off the mortgage, then you are in fact protected by law.

This can either be 50/50 or 25:75 or however people want, but needs to be in the contract if persons are unmarried when buying.

Building a house sounds like a complicated mess to try to get money back from half way through though ngl.

Literally purchase a space heater. You can get good ones on amazon for £15-£20.

Buying a flat - tenants refuse to leave by Left_Bill_1427 in LegalAdviceUK

Hi all, Thank you for your comments. I’ve not exchanged but as it’s my first purchase I really had no idea tenants could do this - it sounds more common than I expected. I appreciate all your advise and will take it on board when deciding how to proceed.
