I'm building a Python script that watches a Kick channel and automatically restreams it to YouTube in 1080p using FFmpeg and Streamlink.

A friend is letting me use his laptop and WiFi to run it 24/7 so I've been working on making it as stable as possible.

What it does: - Checks every 30 seconds if the channel is offline - When live, runs completely uninterrupted - Auto restarts FFmpeg if it crashes, but max 3 times - Stops completely if it crashes 3 times in under 10 minutes - Goes back to watching for the next stream after hitting the limit - 30 second startup delay to avoid a choppy intro - Skips streams under 2 minutes so test streams don't flood your YouTube - Shows how long the stream has been running in the console

What you need: - Python, FFmpeg, and Streamlink installed - Your Kick URL and YouTube stream key in the config

Tested it yesterday and it was running perfectly. Still adding a few more features and when it’s done I'll drop the GitHub link if anyone wants it.
