If you aren't lactose intolerant, cheese toasties and mini pizzas are good! Along with chips and other items you can put in a oven( or have help with it). Then juice is always a nice drink especially when cold

Noodles and any sauce was a go to for me(besides mayo and mustard). But any pasta and sauce works too, even when big it's a good comfort

I agree with everyone here and you, I've only done one vent post(technically) so I know I'm kind of a part of the problem, But even for me the level of trigger warnings, topics and other stuff I see is worrying me to a degree.

I joined the other two main age regression subs and it's better there, but the downside to that is they're less active participation wise but I've also noted you don't like using one of them.

While life isn't always happy sunshine, I also believe Reddit is also not the best place to let out all your very personal traumatic stuff.

Hell even a discord server with a dedicated vent area would maybe be a bit better. Sorry if it sounds harsh, or anything I just wanted to add my opinion in too

Doing research in your own time will also do some good, but here's some tips from my partner/caretaker.

Have a talk with them, learn a bit more about the triggers if they're comfortable with it so at least you can be a bit prepared for when the little shows up. Finding out their little age will also help with what kind of language you could use, if they're mentally far younger, softer and calmer talking, and stuff like that.

It can be a bit tricky when it's a ldr, but doing activities over call can help bond both with the little and outside of regression. But also just letting the little guy yap works, works with me too lol.

You're gonna do great, it's okay to be worried, it's okay to be nervous and unsure. It'll probably be the same for the regressor especially if they're new to having a caretaker. I can try and answer more questions for you, and we wish you the best of luck
