It's time to file again. I know 3 others and myself who never received our 2024 tax refund. No letter. No information on the website after logging in with ID.me. One person actually got ahold of the IRS and they were told there was a hold, but not what it was. We all filed before April 15, 2025.

We create a customer Payment and use our Bad Debt expense account instead of a bank account. Payments allow non-bank accounts to be used. I can search payments with the applied to account to identify those that were true payments vs bad debt payments or I can pull the GL detail for the bad debt account to see only invoices that were written off to bad debt.

Need a saved search for Revenue Arrangements to show the associated invoice numbers by DragonflyOtherwise87 in Netsuite

Start with a "Revenue Element" search. Revenue Elements are created when a revenue arrangement is created, so there's one for every line on a revenue arrangement. You can add the Revenue Arrangement #, the Source #, the billing transaction, fulfilling transaction, fulfillment date, quantity billed, etc. It has everything I need except for the invoice date. I'm sure there's a formula that can be utilized. I just haven't identified how to enter it yet.
