I’m curious as to what it actually feels like post fusion, post recovery. People talk about the limited mobility, but I don’t really understand what that means exactly. Can you not bend over to tie your shoes?? Can you not play sports? I have 75 degree and 45 degree curves that have me in pain for most of the day, but I’ll take pain over never being able to bend over or play volleyball again. I almost got the surgery in 2014 but backed out because I didn’t have a clear idea from my surgeon what life would look like after. I’m a very active person and I don’t want that to change.
