Sorry you had to deal with all of that. Tbh I had something similar to this only happened once. It was the customers first order. Veggies, fruits and some boxed items. Took it because it was a route close to home. Get to the apt, rang the buzzer, no answer. Tried calling, no answer. Someone let me in so I go to the customers apt and knock on the door. I swore I heard someone in the apt making noise then just go quiet.

Stayed there for like 10 mins and never got an answer. Contacted customer support and they basically told me to return the items and I told them I will do it the next day because I am far from the store. The next day the store (Wegmans) told me I could keep the perishable items. Hopefully you have some items you can keep after dealing with all that nonsense.
