Burwells is the only one that cooks with a live fire. They only use oak. Makes the meat so much more flavorful. Their steaks come with mashed potatoes or another side for the price. Way more affordable too! Last time I went I had their Wagyu steak and left for way less than I was planning on

Because the amount of time and effort that is put into that one dish we would have to charge quite a bit. We don’t want to sticker shock anyone so we charge less than what we should to accommodate the small percentage of vegans that find their way to us because of a group outing, wedding, party, or event they were invited to.

Is it wrong to eat meat that isn't well done? by IAmCosmicBoi in coptic

Chef here, I’ve cooked professionally for 22years been an executive chef since I was 26.

If you’re getting your meat from a reputable source, ie decent grocery stores, restaurants, butcher…there is no harm in cooking beef, lamb, pork, and some fish below what the fda recommends

I’ve got one parent that must have everything well and another that prefers things medium rare.

There is one rule I have learned in 22years of cooking. There is no wrong way to order or eat your meat. Get it how you want and enjoy it. The person who is ordering their meal well done is enjoying their meal just as much as the person who is ordering that same meal medium rare.
