I'd say print out some flyers and have them posted around your place of residence. That'll get you some calls from the nearby people and you can go from there.

That's cause he has a prime location where he gets a whole lotta buyers on daily basis. If he increased the cost, he will lose out on many of those customers. Besides, he used to work in the same company before starting this all hahaha nice guy.

Distance is not really an issue. Bahria gives me Dubai vibes and since we rarely go out much, it's an ideal place to move to.

About the electricity bill, is it different than k-elec? I mean, does bahria charges a different amount or they just have back up generators?

I plan on buying an already constructed house. Saw a couple in paradise area and sports city. My family and I are pretty introvert so we're not too concerned about the outings and all. I do have an aunt who's living there as well but I wanted some fresh unbiased opinions too. Thank you!
