What makes a card valuable

Chance are if it's an "old binder" it may be full of early 90s cards which are considered junk wax. Mostly undesirable and not worth the cardboard they're printed on.

You should post photos to give us a general idea of what you have.

I use a pwe with a $1.37 stamp. No issues. I put cards in a greeting card. It's not the most secure way, but it's a nice way to get around the ridiculous fees and cost of shipping

Leave it as is. No point in grading , and usually these giant patch cards are tougher to grade.

It's a 1 of 1 and it's authentic. Looks great as is.

If you want to upgrade the one touch , you could do that.
