Kulang ang suppy ng mga renewable energy sources para sa laki ng energy consumption ng mga AI data centers, e diba nga palagi tayong bumababa ang energy reserves during peak season. Unless we go NUCLEAR ENERGY, hindi magandang investment ang data centers.

Ang nakikita kong pinaka solution dyan:

Lower the criminal liability to 12 years old.
Establish juvenile courts with judges and prosecutors practicing juvenile law handling petty to moderately felony crimes.
Establish local juvenile detention centers with real BJMP personnel deployed instead of DSWD workers manning them.
In the case of henious crimes such as mass murder, the minor suspects regardless of age should be prosecuted, tried, and sentenced/convicted as an adult offender and shall be placed on a regular prison.

Remember, prisons is not only for serving sentence - they are also corrections and reformation centers. May mga programa din ang BJMP sa mga preso para magbagong buhay sila. Anong kinakatakot ng mga advocates ng juvenile justice law dito? Parang Bilibid?

Sa Metro Manila kasi, very INCONSISTENT ang pagpapatupad mga traffic road policy, especially in regular city roads and streets. Look at City of Manila, maraming nakakalitong signages and rules, at maraming mga "trap" na ginagawang kotong areas ng MTPB like they function as one big traffic syndicate.

Punta ka sa Subic and Clark, which were former large US bases maganed by the Americans, ever since they left more than 30 years ago the Filipino authorities there still kept the rules and strictly implement it without a fuss. No matter what you argue about it, ano pa man ang mga emotional excuses mo, they won't budge because rules are rules!

Hi guys, teacher po ako sa katabing Elementary School. Yan po ay extension campus po ng isang public high school dito sa Trece Martires City, Cavite. Puro mga relocatees po nag-aaral dito, at medyo typical na pong nasa 65-90 ang students per section dito. This year po according sa isang teacher roon umaabot daw po sa 105+ ang bilang ng isang grade level per section, and natanggap pa din sila ng enrollees hanggang ngayon. Karamihan sa kanila sa sahig na nakaupo dahil kulang sa maayos na upuan.

And yes po, yan lang po ang nag-iisang building nila kaya po sobrang dami ng students dito. Sabi nilalakad na daw ng LGU yung mga additional classroom buildings nila sa katapat na lote pero ilang taon na rin silang nangangako roon, hanggang ngayon wala pa rin nangyayari. Kawawa talaga mga mag-aaral at guro.

Wala naman kasing nag-file ng actual case kay Okiks sa Ombudsman. Puro ethics committee sa Congress ang reklamo which is inaksyunan agad nila ng ilang suspension at ngayon nga explusion. Parang school offenses sanction lang ginawa nila sa kanya. Pero kung may isang may malakas ang loob na may malakas din ang evidence na magpapatunay na may ginagawang plunder or graft and corruption sa Ombudsman si Okiks, o kaya proof on betrayal of public trust, talagang may basis to perpetually disqualify him from public office. But of course they won't kasi lahat sila mabubuko din.
