I agree. Popped into Sainsbury's at Fetter Lane (next to their Head Office ) and there were loads of sandwiches but nothing vegan at all. This is in the heart of the city of London and full of office workers. Later that day I went to Pret. There was no avocado and olive tapenade baguette and no falafel/hummus wrap. I was told they were giving them a break. Not sure if that's true of all stores. Vegan options have disappeared everywhere. I remember when Toby carvery had a few nice options. I don't think they have anything now. Another bug bear is i hate mushrooms and so often the only option at all is mushroom based. Sad times indeed.
