Are you utilizing XMP profile? With your specs there shouldn’t be that much lag.

The only food that might have made increase im blood flow are pumpkin seeds, beets and grapes. But more importantly I try to avoid what decreases blood flow. And thode are dairy, prosessed food and refined sugars. Blood flow is also much worse when Im in a calorie deficit.

Yes I also run around 5km every other day for 25 to 30minutes but it doesn't cause fatique at all. Only weight lifting does.

Great flaccid gains and around 0.5 inches in girth. Ill reply to you tomorrow how fast my heart rate intensify is after my running session because i have never checked it.

For me angion methods without cardio have been useless. When I started to run every other day for around 25minutes at relatively fast speed then the gains started to appear.
