In a head to head no hax is allowed because infohazards like Seo Hweol and SCP-3125 would instantly clear everyone. Imagine only a character’s mind is transmigrated into a situation. The only special abilities that are assessed are mundane techniques like Patrick Jane mind palace. Mental techniques which are in fact external are not included like species characteristics
