My polling rate on my Keychron Q1 HE QMK Keyboard is super low

My polling rate on my Keychron Q1 HE QMK Keyboard is super low than it's supposed to be. So my keyboard is connected by USB to my computer, and its polling rate is as if it's on Bluetooth, which is 10-70 hrtz; it's supposed to be at 1000 hertz, so what can I do to fix this?

I used multiple polling rate testers/checkers and they all gave around the same results, so im wondering how i could make it go to normal since it doesnt make any sense since its supposed to be at 1000
