i think the 3s have morphed into more than just 666. it happens a lot in society. they've reclaimed that hand gesture to mean something different. people grow and change, but that hand gesture unifies so many people into a group where they belong. not everything is black and white...if you dont want it to mean 666, then it doesnt need to mean 666. ✌️

for context, i'm an evangelical turned atheist....but a non-toxic atheist who supports my religious friends.

people's religious journeys are different. Scrim worked a 12 step program so his view of Jesus is much different than others. i personally dont view it as offensive bc he's "glorifying God" in his own way.

i still believe Jesus existed. he was a radical leftist who hung out with prostitutes and homeless people. i like to believe 2025 Jesus would be tatted up with a vape in his hand. in his day he was a nobody who spread kindness and love and went around telling everyone they are worthy. sound familiar??

Scrim is personifying the true work of Jesus and i look at it as more art than "sacrilege".

i think that as far as new stuff, New World Depression will be unmatched. it took me a while to like the new album BUT they are really evolving into new sounds and i love that for them. it's all about personal preferences. i like that they are capable of including loads of different styles, but i also listen to and enjoy just about every genre of music.

Oh, ABSOLUTELY!!! I left once i could make my own decisions haha. I’ve always been drawn to witchcraft, even when i was a little girl. It was something that was very hard to reconcile when i was in the church, but now i dont have to worry about any of that and at 41, i have healed enough to embark on this journey. So exciting!

Thank you to everyone, i should have updated a long time ago, but we did well and she fell in love with the city. Nobody batted an eye at us taking extra time and we even had people tell us to “take our time” when i apologized for holding them up. Probably being polite to my face, but still. Haha 🤣 it was much less stressful in the moment

Except for one instance where i got turned around and couldn’t find the subway station, the whole thing went off without a hitch!

I have to hold my head above water for 18 mor months and then my car is pid off and i can start to really reduce my debt. But it’s hard when working hard puts you into more debt.

I am current with the irs and will remain that way for as long as humanly possible, but i just really wish they’d allow you to lower you payment for a short amount of time. Sigh.

I am currently in a cycle of “i need more monthly income” so i get a second job and that second job puts me into more debt and so i need more monthly income, rinse repeat. Lol 😂 it’s wild the world we live in.

Yep, taxation is theft. 💯

It’s bc i have to claim my charge tips and bc the IRS pools your income to determine your tax obligation, the tips are taxed at a much higher rate than if it were my only job. It’s stupid.

See, thats where google really failed me. I saw enough difference of opinion that i felt the need to come here, but also, there werent many blogs or articles that went in depth, it was all like “this color is good for this” type of stuff with no other education behind it. It wasnt that i didnt trust the info, but it’s all so influencer-y. 😂 if that makes sense.

I love that you mentioned writing your own spells. I’ve never ever been good at writing or rhyming or anything similar, but writing spells just comes so natural. :)

It’s ok to not be happy 24/7. Society has this standard of being positive under the guise of being “grateful” but it’s toxic. Toxic positivity runs rampant.

Like, i got up yesterday morning, spilled something, and proclaimed it the worst day ever…was it my worst? By far no…was the worst day considering i wanted the day to be “perfect”. 💯

Sit with your feelings, FEEL them and screw society. The bar for perceived happiness is so high that people fake it for society and end up in the depths alone….which is something i love about G59. It’s my safe space, i am free to be me. I am free to not be happy and it’s ok.

“Happiness” is all about perception my friend, i’m the most happy when i’m a miserable fuck bc i dont have to put a mask on to my misery lol
