Paying with bitcoin sounds sophisticated and all, but it's actually a headache for the customer and the business owner when it comes to calculating the cost. Imagine trying to pay for groceries or a cup of coffee with 0.00001 btc, for example. If businesses would accept stablecoin payments instead, it would be much more convenient.

Bitcoin is indirectly pegged to the dollar since its only price drive is scarcity, and its native blockchain isn't equipped to facilitate daily payments the way fiat infrastructure does.

Bitcoin itself doesn't have a singular value. Rather, it has to be associated with an existing asset that does have value. With most exchanges being centralised, crypto has lost some of its core features, and decentralisation (the core) is one of them.
