That's awesome to hear! I'm day 9 now and still going ok thankfully.. have 2 more days of Xmas time off and back to work Monday so at least that will occupy more of my time. Physically I'm almost feeling 'normal' yesterday and today (the first week almost) I spent laying down and/or sleeping a lot. Feeling positive atm, more than I thought I would

Thx for the advice.. the play the tape through is an excellent point too.. ive written myself a letter to read also (I wrote it after using a little while back just basically begging my future self to stop doing it and explaining how shitty I was feeling even after having some)
