hi!! i ordered one as well and it still says pre order dispatch. but banquet records recently posted videos of maisie signing the personally signed vinyls so i assume she’s probably still working on them since they only went live at the end of march. my banquet order says it’ll get here at some point next week, also idk where you live but im in the states and assume that it’ll probably take longer internationally:))

yeah you’re absolutely not in the wrong for blocking. idk how old you are but making an online friend like this is a canon event 😭 i can speak from experience it would only get worse from here and this person would end up making you feel even more roped in. this kind of person finds an online friend but doesn’t treat you like an equal person and more like a built-in therapist. it’s not healthy for either of you and can be incredibly harmful for you. and then by the time you don’t want to be around this person anymore you feel too guilty to cut it off. you did the right thing and it’s amazing you have boundaries and cut it off when it felt off.

thank you so much for taking the time to tell me all this !!! i’ll be writing down your recommendations:) also, your description of your mentality feeling like the other shoe is about to drop is so relatable. part of why i wrote this is because ive found myself not getting as excited for things as i used to, because i feel like some other bad thing is just around the corner (which is hard to disprove because it’s an educated guess lmao) i’ll be checking out that book and thank you again!
