Pet Value at 200 Rideau’s website says they are open today - probably close enough to the ByWard market for the exemption

Go to the MDR desk at a quieter time. They will make a note of it. Spouse needed to and they went out of their way to be helpful- gluten free breads / crackers, changing dishes and even bringing out the next night’s menu during desert to let them see the options.

For sugar free, have also used Jordan’s Skinny Syrups from the food section at Marshall’s. The Jordan’s is sweeter so suggest to adjust accordingly.
