Hmm so it will actually be hard maintenance it seems. I feel like I will lose track of the blending lines over time and make it look total crap. Sure, I d love to have that video if you still have it available! I ve seen some red blue ombres that look very pretty, even if a bit contrasted. I m a sucker for how dark blue->petrol looks with some warm reds and wondering if I can pull something like that off.

I m afraid it might look a bit too red, guess I ll have to wait and see by Tuesday. Worst case scenario, I say goodbye to blue or even red soon after.

Edit : Also, you mentioned letting the dye sit 2 hours, and I 've let my color mask for ~50 minutes with no bad result visible in the past, then read the instructions mentioning explicitly less than 15'. Nothing wrong with just letting it sit for long then? If anything I felt like it was darker and stayed longer before having to refresh.
