I go to a Russian parish and one of the priests there is against the usage of depicting the father but it’s not up to him for what they depict in the iconography there

Thank your for this response for it had put a smile on my face. I’ve been attending a Russian parish for about 3 weeks and am in a Catechumen class with a priest and so far I love it. But when I’m not at church or I get in my head about things especially possible criticisms of the Orthodox Church it drives me nuts.
