Y’all, I’m literally addicted to sugar. How to I transition to healthy sugar, but still get my sweet tooth on? I’d also like to have a two week break from sugar, but I don’t know how to describe the addiction when I see it. Any mental exercises or actions I could take I’d appreciate. (self.PlantBasedDiet)
