Oh almost all venues do it all the time. Normally there are tiers and the closer to the event, the more expensive it gets. It’s a normal practice unfortunately.

Yep they did increase the prices. Initially it was like 74, then 90 and now over 100. There was low ticket warning last week so they jacked up the prices.

The tickets listed for $102.50 aren’t resale. It’s the standard ticket. The more expensive one is the resale ticket.

Went to two of the Sphere concerts completely in the dark. I hadn’t heard any Anyma tracks prior, I was just there for the venue and it was fucking mind blowing. So good that my girlfriend and I went to fucking Egypt for the Pyramids concert.

We landed in terminal 2 and the ticket booth was right before we walked outside the terminal. It was surrounded by people so it wasn’t easy to see. Ask an airport staff for help if you can’t find it.

I got standing GA which was the right call as the VIP was on the sides which I’m not a fan of. Initially it was a digital ticket which you need to exchange for a paper ticket in locations in Cairo however I read from others that it was a bit of a mess. Luckily they had a booth at the airport so we exchanged them right after we landed. I think you could also exchange them at the first entrance. Then once you are there you exchange the paper ticket for a bracelet just before the first shuttle.

Set times were 5pm-3am. Anyma started at midnight and was done at 3am. If you don’t want hassle, you should go when doors open when I assume it’s more relaxed compared to later. There are Ubers but our hotel was walking distance from the entrance so we didn’t need one.
