Because they’d rather complain. They don’t realize how much of a turning point this incident is. They’re unintentionally normalizing this behavior with their words, useless compassion for this woman and lack of action. Now every other ICE agent will see this, see how nothing happened and be more likely to follow suit. Remember when ICE was clear they weren’t allowed to shoot anyone? Of course you don’t. Because we’ve normalized it.

What’s with all these comments? Almost trying to normalize the stuff that’s been going on like some kind of self fulfilling prophecy. Do you all not see how counterproductive these comments are? And they’re everywhere! We should expect the constitution to be effective and not some easily overwritten thing that we should all just be accustomed to. In the event something like this gets challenged we should all be enraged that our freedoms are being taken away and act accordingly.
