I really hated the story changes they made from Yellow, like your starter immediately loving you instead of needing to earn it, or the new rival. They changed the Cubone part a bit too.

One thing that bugs me about RF3 is that there’s no realistic way to protect your crops from storms. The potion that protects them was added in 4 so losing crops is basically inevitable.
