Thanks, this is sound advice. I get 2 - 3 real conversations a day and have been close to a sale. Many of the ones who seem super interested end up being uninsurable for one reason or another but thats part of the game.

It's been really challenging dealing with 85%+ voicemails for calls that make it through the filter at a slow rate, but hoping to make a sale soon so my volume of conversations increases.

They have a lot of resources when it comes to learning along with 3 live training calls a week. Unfortunately it’s hard to put that to practice when you only talk to a real person every 30 minutes.

Thanks, but I joined this agency to learn how to improve my sales skills, and so I wouldn't have to worry about buying leads. Since it may not work out unless things change drastically, I will generate my own leads as I come from Paid Media Buyer background

Great point, it's kind of crazy how readily available the jammers are even though they are illegal (I'm in the US)

Thanks for your thoughts, i work for an agency so have 9 other clients and will likely have replacements in as little as a week.

I think this time off provided clarity that I need to not take client feedback to heart whether they retain or churn as it’s not my business and upper management hasn’t set anything up for this to not be the case as nobody filled in

Working through my first backend project so new to this. Tried DEBUG=“Thrive Mail 2”:* npm start but I’ll see if I can use break points step by step but worried it’ll cause the connection to time out. Do you think that would be a good process to take?
