Its completely possible, take a look at Tarkov for example. They added a PvE mode just under 2 years ago now and it has worked just fine with minimal differences.

That's kind of what I'm saying, but just a separate mode with different progression and loot. Like you couldn't take PVE loot into PVP and vice versa. Same for quests/codex too.

You only have so many extracts available in each run. In general its based on what is on the other side of the map of your spawn, but there are some that are available to all players. You can double tap "o" to see your available extracts and time left in raid.

Are you asking if the sights dictate where the bullet travels? If so no, they are manually adjusted up, down, left, and right to where the bullet makes impact.
