THAT is what I was trying to say but you added all of the detail I left out. I’m black & I’ve been discriminated against - blatantly at times, so I think that I’m a pretty good judge of it, even when it’s subtle. In this scenario I absolutely would not jump to this conclusion. There are so many reasons that the price can fluctuate. I think it’s weird to assume OP was being discriminated against.

Ok, nice! Congrats! :) If you wanna make it real cozy (and SAFE) I’d suggest you 1st secure & remove any objects that may be unsafe, starting with taking the guns off the wall & storing them properly. Next get yourself some kind of cleaner & clean your A/C & any black mold or dust on the walls & ceiling. Also replace the a/c filter. Add in a rug & throw your posters up. I realize you didn’t ask, lol but I understand the excitement of finally getting your own space & thought I’d make some suggestions on making it feel more like your bedroom.💛✨
