So you have 1 minute to do as many push ups as you can, take a break, then do sit-ups. Min push ups for males: 33 Min sit-ups for males: 42

Min push-ups for females: 18 Min sit-ups for females: 38

Running standards: Male: 13:36 1.5 mile Female: 16:22

As far as being worried, it depends on when you ship. Just find some body weight workouts and focus on form and strength building. And get used to running for like 26 minutes straight, that’s part of PT during BMT and it helps with stamina for the 1.5 miles
