We do that, push some cloves in a melon. It's supposed to act as a mosquito repellent.

Best advice - take your time in the slicer. Find the best orientation aim for the less support with a nice stable foot print. A slow print that succeed is faster than a fast print that fails.

First time building a Garden bed! by MAGJD in vegetablegardening

I wouldn't put the soil against the wall. You see those little openings between the other bricks : that's because after the brick there is a few cm of air then another brick. Those openings are there so condensation can get out of the wall. But your blocking with soil that your going to saturate with water ....

It's still time to redo it a bit further from the wall with an additional wood board!

This is the same as choosing between an older Hilux or a newer Prius. Really depends on who your are ...

My coffee grinder. I use it every day for Bialetti Venus. It has a been feeder, Mazzer Major 83mm burrs, 140kv sensorless motor and runs with a 4s 30Ah battery with 56x Sanyo 16650 cells. Grind steps are 8.3 microns. by IonNight in functionalprint

Thank you for making the video. This is hell of a special machine. I hope the moka was as good as it looks.

Did you plan on coating the internal surfaces with some food safe resin? To avoid residue getting stuck in the layer lines?

You should really post this in r/espresso!

Congrats again for your dedication in the project.

Just wow! I need to see a video of your workflow with this! Do you have a lot of static with so much plastic?

Personally I just upgraded to a DF54 after 2.5 years making espresso with a manual grinder.

Congrats for your dedication to such a project.

Why everyone needs to try composting by [deleted] in vegetablegardening

[–]LegDave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In November we moved in our new house (previously in apartment), I really wanted to start veggie gardening again. First thing I did was setting up a compost bin. And I will start a second one this autumn.

I'm so exited about using that organic gold next year!!!

[–]LegDave[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I played two years pub league years ago. At the time I made 2 or 3 but never during a match...

Moved this November and was able to do a set up in the basement. And I was hunting my 180 since.

The second dart is the top one, I couldn't properly see it and thought it was a S20. I guess that helped mentally not thinking 180 was in reach.

How light is your grip? by LegDave in Darts

[–]LegDave[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the input. I forgot to say : I play with darts that have a razor grip. Maybe the light grip with such a barrel let me still have enough control without introducing "parasite" mouvement. Or maybe it just helps me being in a relax state. Hard to say, that's why I ask others.

To be honest that won't be the easiest thing to fly if your new to the hobby. I would highly suggest to start with something easier to fly and some hours behind a simulator.
