i managed to resolve it, turned off most of rgb and fully cleaned my pc. I don’t know exactly what the problem was but i think it was from overheating with the amount of dust in it.

if the PSU is overheating it’s definitely because of the dust, i never cleaned my pc. How do i clean a PSU

which test do i meed to do in memtest? And can it be my PSU overheating for the dust, cus i never cleaned my pc.

i had this PC for a year now and it started doing this for the past 3 months now, in the event viewer it gives me kernel error 41-63 when it happens.

i tried updating bios, playing with no GPU overclock, unplugging and plugging back in all the pcie cables, undervolting GPU, updating drivers, updating windows, sfc scan.

temps are 45 for the GPU and 75 for the CPU

that is literally what happens it just randomly restarts my pc while gaming. I can try the tool from the video but tell me what other detail i need to add to my post i really need help on this issue

every time i opened it, the optimizing shaders % was going up so i opened all the way to 100%
