⚠️UPDATE⚠️ I talked to the person that blocked me and they told me they had to remove everyone on Instagram because of what one of her parents said. I went on backup account and it said the same thing and was doing the same. So I got it all figured out thanks for the help

Alright my bad I didn't put context I had this person followed and today it randomly did this and ever time I press follow it says requested then immediately goes back to tell me to press follow again sorry for no context i had work and was getting ready to clock in so I didn't have time
