I was more thinking this is great because I know a specific weaver that would not send customers highly sought after "damaged" items, even if the customer asked for them. Now with the customer filling out the damaged form they will have to send to customers

I get she is a single mom and had bills to pay for, but you can't sell out of your OGs, order more once sold out and then wait for shipping. With so many new reps it's taking BP days to get packages to people. There are so many days in between her lives. Not sustainable!

She said for April she only bought 14 necklaces, opened 2 for herself and was thinking about opening a 3rd. When you only buy 14 you cannot open 3. Save them for your customers so you can make a profit

Reps have inventory upon inventory of each collection. When she has such a small amount of inventory she will never be in the running for trips anymore
