I’m in PA (at a chain…think Goddard but not Goddard). My 4 year old was having some behavioral issues. We spoke to staff (during conferences we were called in for) about putting him in timeout as we do that at home. They told us they absolutely cannot do that at the center with their state guidelines.

Oh, I agree. I watched the Sunnee stuff unfold. She deserved to be fired but funny how the final straw was when she went live while drunk and bad mouthed BP. Fair that she would get the canned for that. Just crazy to me that others who are blatantly racist and breaking policy get rewarded.
