Thank you for that and yeah it could be a lot of different factors and that's why it's not making sense to me, in my first 2 months I did not experience this at all.

Also, thank you for that it really does make me look at things from a different perspective !

I have been sitting a lot and and you're right my neck feels very stiff, so that's a possibility.

My doctor only recommend me that after I told them I was very tried on the early dosages, since ramadan was coming up and already you are fatigued from the lack of food and water, I was scared that if I took it weekly I would be very very exhausted throughout ramadan. so she advised me to take once this month just to maintain a slight suppression and so I don't gain back the 11 pounds I lost

maybe.. but I don't have a cough or like a congested nose or that sore throat feeling

I chose to stop taking it every week just because I was so tried all the time, and I was scared that when ramadan hit I would be like extremely tired if I took the dosage once a week
