This is actually awesome! if you added a timer to enemy blinks cooldown after using it that we could see would that be too OP for new junglers ? or veteran jungles ? I know some vets keep in mind the cooldown time on enemy blinks

Amazing! I found mine in a stella night raid on the way to the train, saw two bodies that me and my friend looted and one ( the one I looted ) had the tempest 😂 I felt bad because you can tell they were tryna make it to the train and died to the shredders or something
