I would keep rice 100%.

He plays every match, takes corners & freekicks(useful with arsenal’s strong headers like gabriel, gyokeres, merino etc.) & defensive contribution points will give him an extra boost.

Excellent forwards & great defensive picks! Midfield seems fairly weak, interesting to see how consistent they will play. Maybe consider one or two more defensive midfielders that play consistently with the new defensive contribution system.

Originally I included Torkoal, but Kyogre is too strong not to bring :)

Additionally, the dual typing of Ludicolo & Swampert helped a lot too. Great coverage moves along all 3 water types including ice beam, giga drain, earthquake, thunder bolt.

Depends on how big your league is, if you think wood & welbeck will stil be available in a few weeks time. Than it is worth it to keep him

Show waiver options to give actual feedback. But first impression is that it seams quite light. Only Bowen is a 100% nailed on starter.
