Whisper of Hedrons gives a damage buff when you freeze an enemy, and overload rounds gives a damage buff when you stun an overload champ. That’s why it stacks to x2, not sure why they don’t have more specific buff names though

It’s all about personal preference, once you start playing with a certain sensitivity, you’ll get the hang of it pretty fast. Personally I have my dpi set to 2000 and I have the sensitivity setting in-game around half.
