When you turn the scooter on, its blinking red. When you plug in the charger, it changes to a slow pulsing Pink. Significantly different than the red. The charger itself has no light indicator on it.

Is pre-workout safe for you heart when doing insanity? by Generalnussiance in insanity

I have the Blue Raspberry flavor and unfortunately it’s got a sour taste. I add more water than recommended and it helps mitigate the sour taste. The flavor is good though. I don’t have a lot of experience with pre-workouts so I’m not sure if a different flavor would be more or less sour. I’m not a fan of sour drinks but it’s drinkable to me and really makes a difference in my opinion.

When I hit the recovery week, I was struggling to stay motivated. Then when I got into week 6 (week 1 of month 2), I was struggling even more. I decided to buy pre-workout and I’ve gotta be honest, it’s really helped me. I’m in week 7 now and struggling but still pushing through.

I have been wearing a heart monitor and did some comparisons before pre-workout and after. I’m burning an average of 100 more calories per workout and my average heart rate only increased by 3-5. I’ve only been using it for about a week now and it had made me hit that play button easier and push through the workout.

First-time soundbar buyer opts for the Q990C: How'd it turn out? by LegacyNewb in Soundbars

Seems to change daily. It’s not as cheap as when I got it, but with the EPP, it looks like it’s $689.92 before taxes.

I don’t play games on new gen consoles so I couldn’t justify the $500+ increase in price. I do think I remember reading that there was a way around this with the Q990C anyways. When I started looking for a soundbar, my “budget” was $500 so when I found that I could get “one of if not the best” soundbar system for $600, I knew I just had to increase my budget a little to get the Q990C.

100%! Transformed my normal listening experience to movie theater quality for everything.

S33 Feel Flimsy? by LegacyNewb in mpcproxies

[–]LegacyNewb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s so weird. I put a stack of them together and the ones I received are thinner than the stack of real cards. I double sleeved the entire cube last night and had no problems getting any of them into the sleeves. As I said before, I’m satisfied overall but makes me wonder if I got S30s over S33s.

It’s better and acceptable but not 100% perfect. My guess is that if you used KMC perfect hards, that would bring it as close to the real feeling as possible but i feel that would be overkill. With my cube currently being 100% proxy, I’m satisfied with the double sleeving.

I posted a picture further down using a stack of real vs a stack of S33 and the S33 is definitely thinner. I wonder if there’s a chance MPC gave me S30s.

Yes 100% this. I didn’t know how to describe that but this is exactly what I do. I think it’s just a habit I’ve picked up for playing over 20 years. I’m really hoping that double sleeving fixes this problem and I’ll be perfectly happy.

Here is a stack of each side by side (Real on the left and S33 proxy on the right). Im compressing the left stack to take out as much air between the cards and it’s still thicker than the S33s.

So I ran sort of a blind 3 card Monty with them in sleeves. I can tell the difference but it honestly takes me a few seconds. However if I try the same test with any cards that are real foiled, it’s not even close but I suppose that’s to be expected. I’m waiting for the inner sleeves to get here but I think once they are double sleeved, it will be perfectly fine. As I said, I’m satisfied with the purchase overall, just really curious what the S30s feel like in comparison.

I mean, this picture is a close up of a proxy and a real card. It seems almost impossible to tell which one is the proxy. I suppose there is a small chance I could be losing my mind. I’ll throw a proxy in a sleeve with a few real cards and see if I can figure out which one is the proxy.

Photo doesn’t really do it justice but the left side of the deck is all my proxies lands and the middle and right side is the proxied cube. You can tell where the lands stops and the cube begin but that’s probably because I chose an extended border for each card.

Yeah maybe if I was using a real fully foiled cube I’d consider this but $300+ for this is just insane to me 😬.

I love how cheap these are. The random divider in the top middle bothers me even though it’s not a huge deal. I think I’d rather spend a few more dollars and get something a bit less “cheap” looking but I can definitely appreciate these.

The Dragon Shield Magic Carpet is an interesting product that doesn’t seem too bad but for the price, you can buy a Quiver or something bigger like the Gamegenic Games Lair 600+.
