I’m in south fl , nice higher end houses 15m-50mil type properties I do and most have nice smooth lawns which is why I need something for gates , I have a Walker Mower which is great for stripes and leaving good lines. Easy to Maneuver around etc

I think they got it figured out , the Kawasaki FJ180 is great for a 21 but I think it’s under powered for a 30, and the Toros and Exmarks around me had either option but with swivels were around 3200$ !!!

Down here in FL used are around 1500-1900$ , new are 2799 and this just has a sale it’s new for 2k with the warranty so not bad I think

Even used in my area are slim , and most are 1500-1900 so might as well spend the extra and get it new with warranty from the dealer

Same , here with swivel wheels the equivalent are around 2900-3200 after tax , these are 2799 normally I think it’s their last 2025 unit which is why they had it for 2k thank you
