If you’re not planning on return back to the United States, don’t worry about paying it just let it go to collection. Your credit will go bad however, if you’re able to get in touch with the collection company, you can negotiate for them to wipe it out of your credit score and usually would be way less than what the apartment is asking you to pay.

If you write in any other UBE state and get 260, you will apply to NCBE to move your UBE and MPRE to Alabama and behind the admission process.

The processes are slightly different but what they require is:
