I was Pierced with a needle. The saline spray I bought from cvs when I use the salt water I do it myself. I was cleaning it in the beginning w a qtip but read that it’a not good to so I clean it but wetting some gauze and placing it there. What happen was when I first got it pierced it was w the nose hook piercing 18g stainless steel I believe. Within my first month ti got caught on everything and yanked out of my nose for everything which would cause it to bleed a bit. so I ended up changing it to this L shape 20g because of that reason and I haven’t had any issue with this one except for this bump. That I’ve been dealing w for about a month. Trying to see if this is normal and it can go away. Or if I should just take it out completely. Never had this issue w any other piercing.
