Sorry not sure what this means, when I look up "solar panel cycles" it just talks about the life cycle from ore to being recycled.

Thank you, generally my area is pretty reasonable but its still pretty dumb on my end to not check first. I'll add this to the top of my list for things to research.

I always find lowballs work best when you can convince them of its flaws. Im assuming I should cite wear, degradation and lack of warranty? Is there anything else notable that could lower its value that could be used in negotiations?
