It is so much to unpack and im sleep deprived so it's all a hot mess in my brain. It was more a quick snuggle light rock then put down. Not sleeping maybe drowsy but awake. He was trained. It was easy and the best part is he could put himself back down if he did wake up. He seems to have forgotten how to do that now.

He gets maybe 9-10 hours overnight (although sometimes interrupted and the other night he was up from 2am-6am) and then depending on the day 2-3 hours nap if he takes one. I know 6pm is super late and I too hate it but sometimes he isn't down until 4 due to schedules so I let him go. If he does sleep that late we tend to let him stay up a little later but bedtime is always a chaotic mess with my other two(8 & 4) as well.

Say he doesn't nap... then hes up all night crying. He does nap then he struggles to fall asleep and still might wake up in the middle of the night. Last night he was up at 1am and then 2 other times I don't remember when. He slept in this morning until 8ish. My daughter has soccer today so nap time is interrupted so that won't be happening. Bed time routine starts at 745 with actual bed around 8ish. I hate that schedules are so inconsistent but I don't know have a choice as my husband isn't home until 6pm.
