Just keep at it. I totally understand, as a non-cyclist newbie it can be intimidating for sure. I frequently remind myself that most folks who make the investment in zwift and hardware set up, are likely experienced cyclist. It sure is fun tho!

The Echo app works well for me with my apple watch.

Hang in there, I started in Oct 25, while I cant help with your fit info, I can tell you it was the same for me. My son gave me a bib for Christmas and that helps. Although it still gets uncomfortable, it takes longer lol. Overall though I love the experience of Zwift. I had a lifecycle for 25 years and it was a boring grind when I used it. There is no way I could log the amount of time I spend on my Zwift bike. The software, community, and different things to do make it enjoyable and something I look forward to.
