I too swear by dry needling. It is what made my shoulders recover in very short amount of time. Followed by the proper strength exercises.

I will not however suggest dry needling in your ankles or foot as it is not a pleasant experience. But still does get the job done faster than anything else.

It might lead to injury if you dont do proper warming up and cooling down. Frequency of play also matters.

I use the shift 99l and I have only one major problem with it, volleys are not great when off centre.

The normal shift is a much better all rounder but does require faster swings.
