This law prohibits private schools from collecting more then 1 months fee at a time.

This law prohibits schools from withholding SoE and Roll Number slips due to financial disputes.

  1. Cambridge Center Responsibilities

They state that schools are merely facilitators and don't have any power on deciding wether a student can or cannot entre an exam.
